1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions govern your booking and stay at Himley Country Hotel, School Road, Himley, Dudley DY3 4LG. By making a reservation — whether online, by phone, or in person — you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
2. Bookings
- The lead guest must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid email address and phone number are required for every booking.
- Confirmation will be sent by email within minutes of completing your booking.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our sole discretion.
3. Rates and Payment
- All rates are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate.
- Room rates do not include breakfast, dinner, or any extras unless explicitly stated.
- Payment may be requested at time of booking or on arrival, depending on the rate selected.
- Card payments are processed through our PCI-compliant booking and payment partners.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00 on your day of arrival
- Check-out: by 11:00 on your day of departure
- Early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged — just ask in advance.
- Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, so late arrivals are always welcome.
- Photo ID may be requested on check-in.
5. Cancellations and Amendments
Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
- Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, the first night is non-refundable.
- Advance saver / non-refundable rate: payment is taken at time of booking and is non-refundable.
- Group bookings (4 rooms or more) may be subject to different terms — please see your booking confirmation.

6. Our Rooms and Facilities
- All rooms are non-smoking. A £100 cleaning fee applies to any guest who smokes in their room.
- Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel.
- Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome in selected rooms — please enquire at time of booking.
7. Damage and Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel, furniture, fixtures or fittings during their stay. We reserve the right to charge reasonable costs for repair or replacement to the card used at booking or check-in.
8. Our Liability
We do not accept liability for the loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe or left at reception for safekeeping.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
9. Complaints
If anything about your stay falls short of your expectations, please raise it with our reception team while you are on site so we can put it right. Written complaints can be sent to reservation@himleycountryhotel.com and will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
