1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Rates shown are per room, per night, based on the number of guests specified and include VAT where applicable. Payment may be required at the time of booking or on arrival, depending on the rate chosen.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request and are subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
Standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. Cancellations made after this time, or no-shows, will be charged the first night’s accommodation. Non-refundable and advance-saver rates are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be refunded.
4. Group Bookings
Bookings of five rooms or more are considered group bookings and are subject to separate terms. Please contact us directly to arrange group reservations.
5. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel’s property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damage caused.
6. No Smoking
Himley Country Hotel is a completely non-smoking hotel. Smoking in rooms will result in a cleaning charge.
7. Children & Pets
Children of all ages are welcome. Pets are permitted in selected rooms by prior arrangement only — please contact us before booking.
8. Liability
The hotel accepts no liability for loss or damage to guests’ personal property, except where caused by our negligence. We recommend guests carry appropriate travel insurance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
